Subscription cancellation

Customers can request subscription cancellation by contacting Urgent Casting through the phone number, WhatsApp or email listed on the website. Cancellation requests are processed after verification of the registered customer details.

Refunds

Because membership access and information services may begin after onboarding, refunds are not guaranteed once access, updates, group invitation, private information or subscription benefits have been provided.

Duplicate or failed payment

If a payment fails or is debited but not confirmed, customers should contact support with the Order ID. Reversal timelines depend on the bank, payment provider or gateway involved.

Gateway charges

Where applicable, payment gateway charges, taxes or processing deductions may affect refundable amounts.
